Easy, Quick and Free Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.

  • Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
  • The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.

After 14 calendar days of receipt, we still allow you to exchange the product received within 30 more calendar days. The procedure is as follows:

  • Email dontworry@misswood.es indicating your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange.
  • We will send you a return label to ship the product(s) back to our atelier
  • Once we receive the package, you will get a voucher equivalent to the total amount of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
    • Spain Peninsula: 7€
    • Spain Islands: 10€
    • Europe: 12€
  • With your voucher, you can place a new order purchasing the item you like best. If you have some credit left, you can use it for another order.

It is not possible to returns or exchange any item after 45 calendar days from receipt.

*Due to weight and volume, for the Wooden Map 120 x 60 and 180 x 90 and the Woody Map Canva 120 x 75, it will only be possible to return free of charge those products showing signs of imperfection. In all other cases, Miss Wood will refund the customer the price of the product except the corresponding return costs:
  • Spain: 5€
  • Balearic Island: 35€
  • Italy, France Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg: 20€

* In the case of returns from non-EU countries, the customer is always responsible for the reshipment of the products and bears the cost of such reshipment. Once the goods are received in our atelier, Miss Wood will refund the amount of the products.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Please note that it will not be possible to return the following products: Customized Products, Photos Printing and Customized Calendar.

GIFT CARD

You can't use your gift card to purchase other gift cards. In case of returning products purchased with our gift card, we will refund the corresponding amount directly into the card's balance. Once purchased, it is not refundable under any circumstances.
