How to use it?
Using the gift card is super simple. You just need to copy the code provided on the card at the time of payment on our website. Paste your code in the space "Gift card or discount code" and voilà. IMPORTANT! Do not forget to click on "Apply".
The balance of the gift card applies to the total value of the order, including taxes and shipping costs.
If the amount of your purchase is higher than the balance of the gift card, you will only have to pay the difference.
In case of partial use of the balance during the first purchase, you can keep the gift card for more future orders (no expiry date).
Estimated delivery time: The calculation of the delivery time takes into account the production time, preparation and the type of shipment selected. This is an estimate, therefore, there may be a margin of 1 or 2 working days in advance or delay in the delivery of the package. 98% of packages are delivered on the estimated date.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.

- Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
- The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.
